Ashlee & Pete Wentz’s MTV Kiss: Do You Buy it?
Rumor has it that Pete Wentz and Ashlee Simpson-Wentz are having marriage troubles because Pete is always away on gigs, while Ashlee is stuck at home. Although both of them still have careers to pursue, particularly now that Ashlee is back to acting, their baby Bronx Mowgli remains Ashlee’s main priority.
Pete Wentz was scheduled to host the MTV Australia Awards and all of a sudden, his wife surprised him in the middle of the show. In a weirdly, scripted way, the couple started asking the audience to grab the person next to them and smooched on live TV. It was kind of awkward to see Ashlee Simpson the one leading the kiss though. They kissed in a more passionate way a few minutes later and the crowd cheered them on.
