So when Glenn Close explained how her daughter Annie once managed to put 42 carrots into her mouth at an impromptu contest at one family get-together, Jimmy Fallon couldn’t help but challenge the veteran actress into doing the same.

Close was able to put over a dozen carrots, while Fallon only managed to put about 7 veggies before he burst out laughing.
