Britney Spears and her Legal Problems Resolved at Last!

They’ve been at it for almost a year – Britney Spears’ dad and Sam Lutfi along with his lawyers and goons – has been fighting a tug-o-war over Britney Spears and well probably her fortune as well. It’s been a huge drama, if you even bothered following the details, as Lutfi claims he’s trying to free Britney from the conservatorship given to her dad and as Jamie Spears claims that Lutfi is a bad influence over his daughter’s health.

Yesterday, an LA judge has granted Jamie’s request for a permanent restraining order against Brit-Brit’s former manager Sam Lutfi and (the lawyer who tried to fight off the conservatorship last year) Jon Eardley.

According to the order, both Lutfi and Eardley are now prohibited to call, e-mail or contact the pop star in any way. They cannot come within 100 feet the home, work, concerts, car and even family members of Britney Spears until April 28, 2012 – three years from now.

This drama all started when Lutfi confessed of medicating Britney by crushing pills into her food and after Jamie was appointed co-conservator of Britney’s affairs. Since then, Jamie has been trying to keep Lutfi out of Britney’s life for good.
