Kirstie Alley Blames Vegetarianism for HUGE Weight Gain
Kirstie Alley probably is a nice person, but her constant yo-yo weight is getting the best of her. Imagine blaming a weight gain, which is probably caused by overeating, with Vegetarianism! Ridiculous!
Remember when Kirstie became a Jenny Craig spokesperson and lost a whopping 75 pounds? Oh that was old news. Now, Kirstie is coming forward and admitting to people that she packed up all the weight back, reaching at 228 pounds – an all-time high, so she says.
Not suprisingly, Alley said it all started on New Year’s 2008, right after leaving Jenny Craig. Once there was no one watching her eating habits, Alley welcomed Chinese takeout, buttery foods, and an unbalanced vegetarian diet. Don’t believe me? Here’s what Alley told People:
“For seven months I was a vegetarian, and I can’t tell you how much weight I gained being a vegetarian! A vegetarian would probably be eating vegetables. But to me being a vegetarian meant I’m going to eat enchiladas with no meat, and I’m going to eat lots of bread, lots of carbs.”
Oh Kirstie. Stop the denials. Stop the talking..and just, move. your. a** and healthy up!

actually, you CAN become overweight being vegetarian. I don’t see why that’s ridiculous.
