Corey Feldman Pays Tribute to Michael Jackson?

So here’s Corey Feldman, the former child star from Gremlins, visiting Larry King Live wearing a Michael Jackson-inspired costume from head-to-toe as a tribute to “his friend”. If you don’t have any idea who this Feldman guy is and how he’s connected to Michael Jackson, well let me refresh your memory.

Aside from being a child star, Corey Feldman was Michael Jackson’s former friend. In 1993, when Jackson had his first accusations as a child molester, the teen Feldman defended Michael. Ten years later, when Michael was accused again (for the same crime but with a new case) in 2003, the now-grownup Feldman said “I’ve never seen him act in any inappropriate way to a child. Never with me”.

However, in 2005, Feldman said he had come to the “sickening realization that there may have been many occurrences in my life and in my relationship to Michael that have created a question of doubt.”

When Feldman became a reality TV star on “The Two Coreys” in 2008, Corey apparently suggested “someone” had molested him. He cleared it up saying it wasn’t Michael, but the damage has already been done. A month later, Corey Feldman came back with a new statement about Michael Jackson saying, “He did real damage in my overall life. I was a 12-year-old boy who was hurt by his family and ignored by people at school. Michael would sit and talk to me for hours and he would listen. Then he would get bored. The biggest thing that Michael’s done to children is befriending the ones that are in need and then abandoning them.”

I smell media whore all over this guy’s face. don’t you?
