Emma Thompson receives Star on Hollywood Walk of Fame
Oscar-winning actress Emma Thompson has received her star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame Friday.
Thompson celebrated receiving the 2,416th star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame with her Nanny McPhee Returns co-star Maggie Gyllenhaal and ex-boyfriend Hugh Laurie. Her star is located outside the historic Pig ‘n Whistle pub on Hollywood Boulevard.
Thompson won her first Oscar for Best Actress in 1992 for her work on “Howard’s End,” followed by another Oscar in 1996 for “Sense and Sensibility.”
