The “Paparazzi” and “Bad Romance” singers performed in front of thousands screaming fans in Chicago Friday night. Gaga told her fans to forget anyone who ever said they weren’t pretty enough or skinny enough — or that “your Lollapalooza BMI stage show was a (expletive) trainwreck. You’re a (expletive) superstar. You were born that way!”

Compared to her Lollapalooza performance in 2007, when Lady Gaga wore a glittery bra and black bottoms, while singing and playing the keyword, both critics and the festival crowd didn’t seem to appreciate her style.

Fast-forward three years and Lady Gaga received a warm welcome from thousands of fans who came to see Gaga herself. She said at the 2010 Lollapalooza: “My name is Lady Gaga. I thank you for coming to my show. I didn’t used to be brave. In fact I wasn’t very brave at all. But you have made me brave, little monsters. So now I’m going to brave for you. Tonight, I want you to free yourself.”

Twilight stars Robert Pattinson and Ashley Greene, Sandra Bullock, David Archuletta, Zac Efron, Miranda Cosgrove, John Cena, Kristen Bell, Zachary Levi, Ryan Sheckler, Shailene Woodley, Jim Parsons, Yvonne Strhovski and the three Kardashian sisters are among those who will attend.

The much-anticipated film stars Portman as the cutthroat New York City ballet star and will play alongside “Forgetting Sarah Marshall” star Mila Kunis as her rival.

“Black Swan” will premiere on the Lido di Venezia as part of the festival’s competition in Venice on September 1. Quentin Tarantino will be one of this year’s jury.

Aronofsky also received acclaim in Venice for his work on the 2008 movie “The Wrestler,” landing him the Golden Lion (the top prize). Aronofsky said of the film’s Venice screening: “The cast and crew of Black Swan are both excited and humbled by the selection committee’s invitation. It is an honour to walk the great red carpet on the Lido, and we are excited to premiere our film to the wonderful audiences in Venice.”

Natalie Portman will be joined by her co-stars Winona Ryder, Vincent Cassel and Barbara Hershey at the premiere.

The Venice Film Festival begins September 1 and will continue until September 11.

Jennifer Lopez is proving that age is not a problem, as she said goodbye to 2009 at the Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve wearing a very revealing catsuit.

On the ABC show, the 41-year-old Lopez sang “Waiting for Tonight” and received both wows of shock and amusement. While some have commented that Lopez’s outfit didn’t fit her age, others thought she looked pretty good for someone who gava birth to twins. Underneath, the 41-year-old was wearing nothing but the spangled suit and glittering red-soled Louboutin heels.The body-huffing, see-through getup J.Lo wore leaves little to the imagination, but people still find it odd that her famous booty seemed to shrink.

One Tweeter even asked if J.LO had done butt surgery. It was exactly 10 years ago that Lopez made eyes pop when she wore that infamous navel-plunging Versace to the 2000 Grammys, but it looks like this new getup will be another “only J.LO” style. What do you think? Did she rock the catsuit or not?

Dwayne Johnson has made it again – he has made a complete fool of himself and it worked like a charm. He was hilarious dressing up in a mini-dress at Nickelodeon’s Kids’ Choice Awards last night. Why in the world is he dressed this way?

Well, if you’re 20 years old and above, has no child who watches Nick, and has no idea who Miley Cyrus is, then you probably didn’t watch the Awards show.

“The Rock” was all game for whatever the kids at the KCA wanted him to do. ANd by the end of the show, the viewers voted for the rock to show up in the same dress as Miley Cyrus. Imagine the shock, amusement and laughter Johnson received for that. Check out the video below.
