Madonna has been going to Malawi in hopes of adopting Mercy James, a three-year-old girl that the pop star was supposed to adopt back in 2006, but ended up with a boy David instead. This time, Madonna is “reportedly” hoping to win over the Malawi people to bring a new child home to the States. Unfortunately, it’s against the Malawi law to allow foreigners to adopt a child “THAT” easy and Madonna just took a beating from the local judge.
