Singer/actress Christina Milian is pissed at her baby daddy The-Dream allegedly for filing divorce papers when they were still together.

Milian wants a judge to throw out divorce papers filed by The-Dream, claiming that not only did he lied that they were legally separated when he filed divorce papers in February (9 days before giving birth to their daughter), he also cheated on her.

In Milian’s legal response filed in Georgia last week, the actress claims The Dream had “marital relations on numerous occasions” while they were married and that their marriage wasn’t over when he filed the divorce papers. She also claimed that if courts grant the divorce, she would prefer the decision to be based on The-Dream cheating on her, rather than his claim that the marriage was “irretrievably broken.”

Unfortunately for Milian, she might not be getting a cent from the divorce. On her filed document, she admitted that she had signed a settlement agreement wherein both parties waved alimony or ownership rights to the other’s property. In defense, she claimed that she signed the papers when The-Dream brought them to her bedside when she was 9-months pregnant and was in no condition to sign such legal papers.

Apparently, it wasn’t easy for Seacrest to prove his love for Julianne Hough. Fortunately for Seacrest, Julianne Hough isn’t the one to listen to rumors and their relationship might just be the end to such “gay rumors.” The couple had been seen in Italy vacationing and have been together on dinner dates, beachside strolls and shopping trips around Malibu.

Just a few weeks back, Mel Gibson and his wife Robyn of over 19 years filed for divorce. According to reports, the couple has been separated since the last three years. Aside from rumors that this divorce may just be the highest-paid divorce ever in Hollywood, Mel Gibson is also rumored to be dating a new lady named Oksana Grigorieva…and what’s worse, there’s news that Oksana may be pregnant.

The rumor goes that after Mel’s Russian girl Oksana became pregnant, Gibson announced the news to his six sons and one daughter, explaining that they are three months along and wanted his grown children to accept the baby as a brother or sister.

However, Mel’s children from Robyn didn’t take the news quite well, even if Mel assured them that the pregnancy was unplanned. Apparently, they feel that their inheritance may be at risk and are going to take steps to protect it.

John Mayer and Jennifer Aniston only broke up a month ago and yet Mayer is already singing a song about his “heartbreak.” Whine much?
