Samantha Ronson’s bulldog named Cadillac killed a smaller dog near their West Hollywood home and the celebrity DJ can’t say sorry enough. Unfortunately for Ronson, she’ll be facing investigation in the reported dog attack as she grieves about the incident.

Ronsonwrote on her Twitter, “I feel incredibly sad and wish I could offer more than condolences. Unfortunately there are no words

to describe how sorry I am. There is absolutely nothing I can say that will alter one minute of today, nothing.”

The case is currently under investigation by the LA County Department of Animal Care & Control. Spokesperson for the department Michelle Roache told People.com, “The incident is still an allegation until such a time that a witness provides evidence to support the allegation.”

Paris Hilton isn’t making her possession of cocaine arrest a big deal, but reports say she should. According to reports, the heiress will be facing felony drug charge.

Las Vegas District Attorney David Roger, who put OJ Simpson behind bars on robbery charges, doesn’t give special treatments to celebrities, especially those who don’t play the rules in Las Vegas. A source close to Roger told RadarOnline that the attorney isn’t going to offer Hilton a plea deal. In fact, Roger is planning to put the reality TV star behind bars for 1 to 4 years… and has already filed the felony case against Hilton.

Paris Hilton tried to ease her way out of trouble, saying that the purse and the cocaine inside it wasn’t hers. She explained that she borrowed the purse from one of her girlfriends because the one she brought “did not match her outfit.” Hilton admitted owning the credit cards, prescription drugs and money inside the pursue, but not the 0.8 grams of cocaine.

On July 19, L.A. judge Carol Goas Goodson has issued a temporary restraining order against Weldon.  The restraining order issued Friday restricts 41-year-old Thomas Weldon from coming within 100 yards of Bullock, her adopted baby and the three kids of her ex-husband Jesse James.

Goodson said Friday, “This is clearly a case of a fan going beyond being a fan. This is the downside of celebrity.”

Weldon has allegedly show up at Bullock’s home in June, saying he had went there to meet her. The earlier retraining orders were issued due to similar attempts Weldon has made in the past. Bullock’s lawyer Edwin McPherson said Weldon is currently in a mental health facility in Wyoming.

Apparently, good behavior and overcrowding, the same reason Paris Hilton got out in mere hours after being put in jail, will give Lindsay Lohan a chance to serve only 14 weeks (or under) of her 90-day sentence. For someone who is kept to her cell for 22 hours a day, the probating-violating 24-year-old really has no choice but to show “good behavior.”

Aside from overcrowding and good behavior, Lohan’s people are also trying all they can do to get her out asap. A source close to Lindsay said, “Her team is doing everything to get her out of jail this weekend.”

Lindsay Lohan was sentenced to Lynwood Correctional Facility July 20 to begin a 90-day stay for failure to comply with probation stemming from a 2007 DUI arrest.

Casey Affleck is in trouble – he’s been slapped with a $2 million sexual harassment lawsuit by a producer of his Joaquin Phoenix documentary, but he’s not letting this die without a fight so Affleck is suing back.

The Hollywood Reported has reported that Amanda White filed papers in Los Angeles Friday, claiming that Affleck acted inappropriately while directing “I’m Still Here: The Lost Year of Joaquin Phoenix.” She allegedly received “uninvited and unwelcome sexual advances in the workplace” during production.

White also claimed that the 34-year-old Affleck called women “cows” and discussed his sexual conquers in front of her. She said that Affleck once took over her Costa Rica hotel room to entertain two women, and he allegedly tried to get her spend a night with him in a San Francisco hotel room. She added that Affleck became “hostile and aggressive” when she refused, “violently grabbing her arm in an effort to intimidate her into staying.

On the lawsuit, White’s list of damages includes sexual harassment, breach of oral contract and intentional infliction of emotional distress. She also claims Affleck owes her money for her services as a producer.

Michael Plonsker, the litigator for Affleck and his production company Flemmy Prods, said in a statement, “The allegations brought upon our clients are preposterous and without merit. Ms. White was terminated from the production over a year ago. She and her lawyers believe that this maliciously and erroneously filed complaint will cause the producers to succumb to her outrageous and baseless demands. She is mistaken.” He added, “The complaint will be vigorously defended and cross-claims will be filed against her.”

Casey Affleck has been married to Joaquin Phoenix’s sister Summer since 2006.

Chef Mario Batali has been accused of illegally deducting the paychecks of his staff at his Babbo Italian restaurant.

Waitress Stephanie Capsolas and kitchen runner Hernan Ricardo Alvarado both filed suit yesterday against the celebrity chef. According to the lawsuit, the former “Iron Chef America” cheated out wages and overtime pay, while they worked at the Greenwich Village resto.

The ex employees also accused Batali of illegally forcing them to surrender tips and divide them to other workers who weren’t supposed to get a cent of their tips. The suit, which was filed at the Manhattan federal court, seeks unspecified damages for the two former employees and for their “similarly situated” co-workers.

Also included in the suit is Babbo co-owners Joseph Bastianich.

After getting visits from her mom Dina and sister Ali yesterday, Lindsay Lohan was visited by her ex-girlfriend Sam Ronson on her 3rd day of jail time.

Sam Ronson spent an hour inside the Lynwood jail and didn’t make any comments when asked by reporters outside. She did, however, posted a song on her Twitter account: the Rolling Stones’ “Waiting on a Friend.”

Although Lindsay Lohan’s sentence has been reduced to less than 2 weeks, a source close to Lohan said her situation still “sucks.” The source added Lindsay’s 3rd day in jail is “Harsher, not better, treatment. Surrounded by accused killers. [She's] scared and alone.”

Aside from Ronson, two lawyers also visited Lohan – her DUI attorney Blair Berk and her recent attorney Shawn Chapman Holley, who told reporters on her way into jail, “I’m not aware of anything special being done. I’m sure she doesn’t feel like she’s being treated specially at all,” responding to rumors that Lindsay is being given special treatment.

Police pulled over two of Bret Michaels’ tour buses Wednesday night in Indiana and drug-sniffing dogs found marijuana and other drugs on board.

People magazine reported that Deputy Aaron Long of the Dekalb County Sheriff’s Department said their dogs “alerted for the odor of narcotics coming from the front bus.” A second search was conducted on another tour bus and the dogs detected more drugs.

Apparently, it wasn’t the pot that got the buses noticed by the police. Deputies stopped the buses after noticing a trailer connected to the buses without a license plate light.

A rep for Michaels told People Magazine, “Mr. Michaels allowed an open search of the buses and everything was handled in a professional manner.”

Fortunately for Bret Michaels, no one of his staff members was arrested. The case will be forwarded to the Dekalb County prosecutor’s office for review.

Michael Lohan, Lindsay’s dad, is caught in his own legal mess. He has been charged with 2nd degree harassment for allegedly attacking his fiancé Kate Major.

According to the police report obtained by Access Hollywood, daddy Lohan allegedly attacked Major after she didn’t answer his call. She states in her police report: “I am very scared of Michael Lohan and I want to pursue charges against him.”

Kate Major explained the July 19 incident on the report, “(Lohan) flipped the sofa chair over while I was sitting in it causing me to bump my head into the wall and my body to the floor. My left collarbone is sore and my right knee is scraped. He proceeded to throw a shoe at me and kick me in the mouth while I was down on the floor. I have a cut on my lip which is causing me a little discomfort. After he kicked me he said, ‘I am going to go back to jail because I am going to kill you!’ I am very scared of Michael Lohan and I want to pursue charges against him for harassment and get an order of protection against him.”

Of course, Michael Lohan has announced that they’ve split up. He also denied allegations thrown against him. A rep for Lohan said, “Michael Lohan 100 percent denies each and every one of Kate Major’s allegations. He has never threatened to harm her, never assaulted her, and never physically abused her in any way.” The rep added, “Kate was heavily intoxicated during the verbal argument between Michael and Kate on Monday early afternoon. Michael Lohan has been clean and sober for six years. Michael Lohan is fully cooperating with the police investigation … He expects to be fully vindicated.”

Bob and Max Sheen, the 10-month-old twin sons of Charlie Sheen and Brooke Mueller, are staying in Aspen with their mother for at least a month, child-welfare officials approved.

After the family drama on Christmas morning, wherein Brooke Mueller called 911 on Charlie Sheen for domestic violence, sources told People magazine that Pitkin County Social Services visited Mueller and her family in Aspen to check up on things.

A source close to Mueller told People, “The people from the social services agency talked to Brooke, her mom, her step dad and her nanny, and told them that everything looks good and Brooke appears to be an excellent mother. Brooke and the twins, Max and Bob, are planning to stay in their rented Aspen house for at least another month. After that they may go to Palm Beach to visit family for awhile.”

As for Charlie Sheen and Mueller’s issue, a court date supposed to be on Monday 10:30am has been postponed. Mueller’s attorney Yale Galanter said, “We will find out the new date on Monday. It may be Jan. 11 or another day.”
