After months of anticipation, fans of Conan O’Brien will have a name to call their soon-to-be favorite late-night show. Conan officially announced Tuesday that he will be returning to TV with his new show called “Conan.”

The announcement came in a YouTube video, where Conan sat in an office holding a sign. He joked that he spent millions of dollars in media and legal research in deciding a name for his new show before he decided to use his own. He said, “It’s Conan, simple, pure, like the guy himself.”

In a Twitter message on Tuesday, O’Brien joked that he was prepared to announce the show’s title earlier “but my lawyers tell me ‘The Return of Nanny McPhee’ is taken.”

“Conan” will make its premiere November 8 on TBS.

Pretty Little Liars star Troian Bellisario revealed “One of the pretty little liars finds out. We can’t tell you when or how or whom that happens to, but it’s pretty exciting.” 21-year-old Lucy Hale also revealed to UsMagazine.com: “I want to know. Even I don’t know who it is!” Ashley Benson added that viewers won’t be let down with the revelation, saying, “I read the eighth book, but only the last chapter because I wanted to know who ‘A’ was. We’re staying very close to the books. Everyone who has read the books has been very pleased with them.”

The Pretty Little Liars is a group of four popular high school girls with different personalities and secrets. They break up their friendship after their fifth member Allison was found dead. A year later, the remaining four girls began receiving mysterious text messages from someone who called himself/herself “A.”

When the show’s final 12 episodes begin to air this September, don’t expect for less drama. Bellisario said, “They get blackmailed by someone that can possibly be their dead best friend. You can never fully rest, and so that’s what’s so great about it.”

Earlier today, August 10, Glee creator Ryan Murphy revealed to Ryan Seacrest that Britney Spears will be appearing on Glee in the Spears discography episode scheduled to air next season.

Not only Britney fans are excited for this union, but Glee stars are also excited to get to work with the pop princess. MTV talked to Heather Morris at the Teen Choice Awards, where she said: “I get to do Britney Spears! I’m hearing rumors from other people that she’s supposed to be coming … that’d be so nerve-racking. I like ‘Toxic’ the best or the ‘Slave’ video. It was always her best performance. She’s rocking! I don’t care what I do.

Jenna Ushkowitz said, “I mean I can’t really give away songs, but I know we’ve seen pictures of Lea [Michele] in a sports bra” and confirmed reports that Michele would be singing the classic Britney tune ” … Baby One More Time.” She added, “Some old Britney, some new Britney, some Brittany of our Brittany from the Glee club. So it should be funny. We’re really excited. I love Britney Spears.”

Season 2 will pick up at the beginning of a new school year at McKinley High. McKinley said, “It starts them off at ground zero and the theme of the second season is ‘Do you have what it takes to win?’ It really catalogs them trying to climb up from the embarrassing abyss.”

Relationships within the group will be tested. Murphy revealed, “Tina is going to fall out of love with Artie and in love with Mike.” For those who’ve been waiting for the Brittany-Santana hook up, you’d be glad to know that writers are considering the two kissing in one episode. Naya Rivera joked, “We actually make-out all the time.”

Murphy also revealed that a few new characters would shake up the series, saying “I really want to see who Rachel’s gay dads are. And I have a feeling Brittany has a very smart older sister who’s horrified [by her].” He also shot down rumors that Justin Timberlake will be making an appearance. He said, “If we did do something like that, I think it would probably be down the line. But I think he would be the younger brother of Matt Morrison. I really don’t have a lot of plans for guest star stuff the second season. I always think of the tribute episodes that we do as sort of our ultimate guest stars.”

However, Murphy did tell a few themes you’ll be expecting for the season, including the Britney Spears tribute. He announced, “We’re doing six Britney [Spears] songs. We’re paying tribute to her in a sort of fun and unexpected way.” Murphy also said that there will also be an episode to pay tribute to The Rocky Horror Picture Show.

When Nigel Lythgoe left American Idol two years ago, he didn’t approve of adding another judge to the table and has criticized the show ever since. He has the numbers to back up his criticism though, as Idol’s rating on the past two seasons has been sliding dramatically. Now that FOX and 19 Entertainment is reportedly planning to “shake-up” the series, rumor has it that all judges will be replaced.

Here’s when Justin Timberlake, Sir Elton John, Chris Isaak, Harry Connick Jr. and other music industry names come in. If ever a complete set of judges will be signed, only Kara Dioguardi’s contract hasn’t been renewed yet. Ellen DeGeneres has a multi-year deal with the network, while Randy Jackson has another year of his contract. When Lythgoe was asked who he’d want to serve as judges, he answered, “Elton John, Usher and Paula Abdul.”

Nigel Lythgoe is currently the producer of Fox’s “So You Think You Can Dance.” He served as Executive producer of American Idol from 2002 to 2008.

At the Comic-Con “Chuck” panel Saturday, executive producers Chris Fedak and Josh Schwartz announced the news that Hamilton will play the recurring role of Mary Bartowski, a former CIA and long-lost-mom of Chuck (played by Zachary Levi) and his sister Ellie (Sarah Lancaster).

Linday Hamilton is best known for her role as Sarah Conner in the original “Terminator” franchise. She will appear throughout Chuck’s upcoming season and will make her debut in the show’s premiere on September 20.

NBC also announced other stars to appear on the show’s upcoming season. Olivia Munn will also be making a guest appearance, playing a CIA agent named Greta. Other guest actors for this season include action film star Dolph Lundgren and Old Spice guy Isaiah Mustafa, among others. Nicole Richie will reprise her role as Yvonne Strahovski and WFF wrestler “Stone Cold” Steve Austin who will again play the Ring spy organization’s agent Hugo Panzer.

Alfred Molina, who appeared in “The Da Vinci Code,” “Raiders of the Lost Ark” and “Spider-Man 2,” will play Deputy District Attorney Morales on “Law & Order: Los Angeles” (or LOLA for short). Molina will be seen alongside Michael Moriarity, Dianne Wiest and Sam Waterson.

Creator and executive producer Dick Wolf said in a statement Saturday, “I am thrilled that Fred is ‘LOLA’s’ deputy D.A.”

The premiere date of “Law & Order: Los Angeles” has yet to be announced, but it will air every 10.pm Eastern time Wednesdays.

Justin Bieber isn’t pulling a Lindsay Lohan folks! The Canadian singer posted a photo of himself in a prison jumpsuit with hands criss-crossed behind his back as a guard escorts him away.

This photo was for his first shoot as Jason McCann, the troubled teen on CSI. Bieber’s acting debut will come on the show’s season premiere set to air on September 23.

When posting the picture, Bieber said: “I told you I was a BAD MAN!!” But then added his excitement about his new gig, saying: “Amazing day. Excited for you guys to get to watch it.”

CSI’s producers said in a statement from Thursday, “Every 20 years, a phenomenon like Justin Bieber graces our world. We’d like to believe that the phenomenon of CSI has had the same impact on popular culture. The opportunity to bring them together in the premiere is a great treat for our audience and all of its new viewers. This will be true event television.”

Talent show competition “America’s Got Talent” pulled an American Idol and announced that the show’s top contestants will be going on tour.

American Idol has done it since 2002, when the first batch of Top 10 contestants took a 30-day concert tour around the U.S. Now, “Got Talent” production company FremantleMedia and Simon Cowell has teamed up with tour production company AEG Live for a 25-city tour. The people behind the tour said Thursday the concerts will begin on October 1, two weeks after the winner is named on the NBC show.

Jerry Springer, who hosts the show on TV, will also be going with the contestants on stage for the tour.

“Dexter” star Michael C. Hall is now cancer-free and he’s ready to get back to his old serial killer role.

Earlier this year, Michael C. Hall revealed that he was battling cancer. Now, the Dexter star has announced that he is cancer-free and grateful for all the support he’s received.

Hall told People Magazine at Comic-Con, “I count myself lucky on so many fronts – and certainly in regards to the Hodgkin’s [lymphoma].” He added, “It’s a real gift to be able to go back to work. One of the best things about it is that it emerged at a time when we were close to the end of shooting. I was able to treat it over the hiatus and it didn’t interrupt our production schedule, which, obviously, would have its effect on me, but it would have its effect on our cast, our crew, people who count on this family to keep making the show.”

Jennifer Carpenter, Hall’s wife and Dexter co-star, said, “It was amazing to see the support, which he would offer back to any one of them at any second – and does. The cast and crew, we spend a remarkable amount of time together. We do know each other’s business, and there’s a lot of love kicking around that set.”

It looks like Michael C. Hall is really loved on and off set. Dexter executive producer Chil Johannessen said, “Everybody was worried about him and then happy that he’s fine. Apparently, it’s Hall who “sets the tone of the whole set,” he added.

Even his on-screen dad James Remar was relieved that Hall is OK. He said seeing Michael back at work “makes me the happiest man on the planet. I love him. I’m just thrilled and inspired.”
