The whole gang enjoyed a day-long party at the Palms Resort & Casino, Nevada. Wearing his signature Captain’s hat, Hugh was accompanied by his current girlfriends Crystal Harris, 22, and twins Kristina and Karissa Shannon, 19. The “Girls Next Door” stars Kendra Wilkinson, Holly Madison and Bridget Marquardt then joined the club.

Who else can still win over twin 19-year-olds with a sagging 83-year-old body? You gotta love Hef.  He said, “I’ve good company. Young people keep me young. I get older but they stay the same.”
